FQCL was founded with a vision to build a lasting impression within the New Zealand landscape and become a name synonymous with quality, value and integrity.
Our highly experienced team has been involved in more than 800 builds across a diverse portfolio ranging from government projects to boutique townhouses, luxury standalones and commercial builds.
We are unique compared to many other building companies due to the fact we have a large in-house team of over 120 employees including a large office team, over 50 carpenters and other associated trades.
Our Difference
In comparison, most building /construction companies employ a small amount of office staff guiding a handful of project managers and site managers who essentially subcontract out all work.
